Is WWIII Upon Us?

Some of you are a little apprehensive when it comes to this subject, I however am not, I see what’s going on all over the world and realize that if something does not happen soon, regardless of what we want, a future global war is a very real and serious threat.

Canada, Spain, England, Denmark, France, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkey. Somalia and our own country are only a few of the places where the hordes of Islamic savages run free and create problems.

They try and force their religion upon us and when there is any criticism about them our there actions what do they do? They mass protest, violently in most cases.

We all remember the fashion in which Muslims acted when those Danish cartoons came out depicting Mohammed with a bomb on his turbine and so on, but the actions taken by these people where extremely violent and uncalled for and once again proved people right when they labeled Islam, “The religion of Hate”.

"If we don't have guts enough to confront this ideology today, we'll move toward World War III tomorrow," General John Abizaid said at a forum at Harvard University, where he has received a master’s degree.

The General understands that we cannot roll over and appease our enemies the way certain people did with the Nazi’s in the 1920’s and 30’s, it is very unhealthy for this country and only allows our enemies to grow stronger and more bold.

"We must defeat the extremism of Bin-Laden and his associated movement," he said. "It's murderous, it's ruthless, it's very capable, it's linked in a virtual way in the world that should give us great concern," he said.

The commander of US Central Command said Al-Qaeda had unprecedented strength as a network and that "it seeks to develop a weapon of mass destruction against us.”

"Go to their websites to understand what's going on with the ideology and be worried about it," said four star General John Abizaid.

We as a people cannot afford for these people to take our lands over and let them push us again and again, we must fight back at all times and with the greatest amount of firepower that is available to us.

The Muslim world does not think in the short term as our country does, they think about things in the big picture and they remember what we have been able to do against them in the past and they will remember it forever.

"I think the way that we have to confront this is we've got to move progress forward in the Arab-Israeli Theater. We've got to move the peace process forward no matter how hard it is because people have to have a hope for a better future.

"A lot of what is happening in this area is about hopelessness," he said.

Many people believe that a World War III is coming; I on the other hand feel that we are already fighting that war and it has many fronts such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Somalia and soon to be Iran.

We all know how the Islamic world feels about women in their society, they subjugate them, demean them and abuse them, but just think at the contempt the Islamic world would have for our country if Hillary Clinton was elected President.

We need to be fighting these battles over seas because no one wants for any of these battles to take place upon our own ground and our own shores and we cannot be allowed to run from these barbaric savages in dirty bed sheets.

We are the United States of America and we are the strongest country in the world, let’s start acting like it and take out these abominations to humanity.

Obama vs. Clinton rd 2

The media has been unable or unwilling to let go and grasp reality and understand the fact that Barack Obama has not a chance of getting by the biggest piranha and jackal in the Senate, the certifiably insane Hillary Clinton.

I have been absolutely stunned with the amount of attention that the media is paying to Barack Obama, even he stated, "I am suspicious of hype," Obama told reporters. "The fact that my 15 minutes of fame has extended a little longer than 15 minutes is somewhat surprising to me and completely baffling to my wife."

Obama, who is the junior Senator from Illinois, has only been in the Senate for a whopping 2 years and in my opinion has done nothing at all to garner the attention he has received except for the fact that he is black.

Some will take offense to that I’m sure and try and call me a racist, but I fully believe that I am correct because there are far better and more experienced politicians within the Democratic Party.

Hillary has been losing her time in the spotlight with all the attention being paid to Obama and it threatens to out shine her upcoming attempt at a Presidential run which we all know is in the future, no matter what she or her staff says.

Hillary we all know is as liberal as they come and she is one of the only people who are truly and openly hated by all Republicans and even some Democrats who do not feel that she is far enough to the left.

A battle between these two Senators in the primary would be something to see and it would be a good thing for Republicans because the fighting between the two would help air out the all the dirty laundry that is heavily buried.

Once Hillary formally enters her name into the fray, she will trounce upon Obama and destroy him and in the process make everyone believe that it was the “evil” Republicans who perpetrated it.

Either of these presidential candidates would be a complete and utter disaster to this county, its armed forces, our ability to fight terrorism around the world and it would show that this country doesn’t mind running away from our problems.

It is very clear to me that the liberal mass media is only propping up Obama for Hillary to eventually overcome the difficulties that he represents and do not think that he can overcome Hillary.

I do no seriously believe that he is a credible threat and I do believe that he even has a chance to win the Presidency even if he some how manages to win the Democratic nomination, this country will not vote for him.

I’m sure Obama is a much better person than Hillary is, but his politics are the same and at the same time extremely hurtful to this country and our military and neither one of them can be allowed to win.

Our country has withstood the constant attack by the left and if either one of these horrific people won, it would only mean higher taxes and a retreat from a war that can and will be won.

al-Sadr and the Mahdi Army Are Going Down!

In an unprecedented move Two Shiite militia commanders stated Thursday that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki has stopped protecting radical anti- American cleric Muqtada al-Sadr's Mahdi Army under pressure from Washington, while the fighters described themselves as under siege in their Sadr City stronghold.

During much of his nearly eight months in office, al-Maliki, who relies heavily on al-Sadr's political backing, has blocked or ordered an end to many U.S.-led operations against the Mahdi Army.

Even as recently as Oct. 31, al-Maliki, trying to capitalize on what he perceived to be American voter discontent with the war and White House’s reluctance to open a public fight with the Iraqi leader just before the election, won U.S. agreement to lift military blockades on Sadr City.

As may of you know, most of the violence in the country was perpetrated by al- Qaida in Iraq, with horrible car and suicide bombings and random acts of madness and brutality.

When al-Qaida bombers blew up the Golden Dome mosque, an important Shiite shrine in the mainly Sunni city of Samarra on Feb. 22, Shiite militiamen, especially the Mahdi Army fighters based in Sadr City, stormed out of the violent enclave in a drive for revenge that has only grown in ferocity and brutality.

Al-Sadr controls a militia with an estimated 60,000 fighters that has rebelled twice against the American military and is accused of widening the sectarian war with reprisal killings of Sunni Arabs, targeted assassinations and kidnappings.

Al-Maliki has been reluctant to break politically with al-Sadr, whose party controls 30 of the 275 seats in parliament. Support from Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi, a moderate Sunni, whose bloc has 44 seats, could allow al-Maliki to stay in power without relying on al-Sadr.

It also seems that a dramatic increase of American troops in and around Baghdad is going to be put in place to battle the Mahdi Army and help the Iraqi government in the transition from ally to al-Sadr to enemy.

It is about time that our forces confront this radical cleric and stem the flow of his influence; he cannot be allowed to inhibit the progress being made in that country by our hard working troops and the Iraqi people who have to live with his sword above their head.

Even the extremely slanted Iraq Study Group stated, "As the Mahdi army has grown in size and influence, some elements have moved beyond Sadr's control," the report concludes.

"The situation is very, very serious. It requires an injection of additional troops to control the situation and to allow the political process to proceed," said McCain, Arizona's influential Republican Senator who is pushing for a Presidential bid.

"We should have arrested Moqtada al-Sadr three years ago," said McCain. "He continues to be a major obstacle to peace, his influence in domestic politics needs to be eliminated dramatically."

In 2005, al-Sadr had fewer than 10,000 fighters, but the new report puts that figure now at as many as 60,000 — or three fighters loyal to al-Sadr for every seven U.S. soldiers in the country.

The latest estimate is believed to include a dedicated core as well as part-time fighters.

Now is the time to take him out and make that country a safer place for all and we cannot allow ourselves to be frightened and cower to the likes of insane individuals such as this man because if we do, we are only asking for more of them same.

What About The Midget?

With the recent events that have taken place around the world including, the death of Saddam, the announcement of President Bush to send more troops to Iraq and the ascension of power by the Democrats have clouded and have pushed to the backburner a real enemy, the midget of North Korea.

Kim Jong-il has gone under the radar in the past few months and has evaded the scrutiny over his nuclear weapons programs because the only power who could do something about it, the United Sates, has been too busy dealing with Democrat BS and we have lost our path.

We cannot forget that this little insane man has detonated nuclear weapons once in direct defiance of the utterly worthless United Nations and has threatened to do so again prompting the beefing up of missisle defense capabilites in Japan and South Korea.

Do not forget that this is a country that teaches its youth that the United States is the greatest evil in the world and that we are the ones who started the bloody Korean War which started with the invasion of South Korea by North Korean forces.

There have been limited sanctions against the North Korean regime and the Chinese have atleast shown some willingness to impose those sanctions, but like with any dealings with the Chinese, you must watch your back and make sure they stick to their word.

Condi Rice has made some fuss about the nuclear program that the Koreans run, but it has not amounted to anything and words will not change the fact they he is openly defying the world.

Hell the midget even skipped giving extra food rations to its people on New Year's Day, except to the elite citizens of Pyongyang, this is just another example of how this little crazy man treats the people of his country.

Over the past 10 or so years some 2 million North Korean civilians have died because of lack of food and medical supplies.

Where are the liberals who always want victims to put out on display? Where are they to help the repressed people of North Korean and give comfort to the victims? They do not because they are they are only about talking, they are not about action.

If we as a country hold the opinion that we should be using our power for good, than we must act to stop the suffering inflicted upon these innocent people at the hands of this midget.

He wants our destruction, he has said as much, we cannot under estimate this enemy and we must take him serious and at his word, if we were not worried, we would not have 55,000 troops stationed in South Korea and another 25,000 in Japan.

He can attack if he wishes, but he will only be asking for the destruction of his backwards country and the loss of life to many of his people and this is something that I’m sure does not bother him.

He is only acting for himself and has no regard for anything other than that, he must be stopped and because no one else is has the balls to act, it must be us.

Is Obama a Real Player?

What is it exactly that Barack Hussein Obama has accomplished that has garnered him this much attention from the liberal leaning mass media? He has been in the Senate all of 2 years and for some reason he has the credentials already to run this country?

"I certainly didn't expect to find myself in this position a year ago," said Obama, who also announced on a video posted on his website that he would set up an exploratory committee allowing him to raise campaign funds and gauge support among the US public.

He is expected to try and derail the freight train that is Hillary Clinton and secure the Democratic nomination in part by being a fresh face, with fresh ideas for a very morbid and depressing Democratic Party to rally behind.

"Our leaders in Washington seem incapable of working together in a practical, commonsense way," Obama said in a video posted on his Web site. "Politics has become so bitter and partisan, so gummed up by money and influence, that we can't tackle the big problems that demand solutions. And that's what we have to change first."

This man is nothing new to Washington, there always new faces that show up, but none of them have the staying power because they always seem to fail in the area of ideas, a category in which the Democrats are seriously lacking and one that is a determent to this country as a whole.

Obama went on to state, "The decisions that have been made in Washington these past six years, and the problems that have been ignored, have put our country in a precarious place," Obama said.

When making these types of overtly agitating comments he fails to mention what exactly is going to be done to solve the ills of this country and what stance he will take when it comes to foreign policy.

He was elected in 1996 to the Illinois state Senate, where he earned a reputation as a consensus-building Democrat who was extremely liberal on such social and economic issues as backing gay rights, abortion rights, gun control, universal health care and tax breaks for the poor.

What makes this even worse is his stand and views on the Iraq War, which he views as a failure and is one of many top Democrats that have openly called for a retreat in the war on terror or “redeployment” in Democrat code words.

"Today's announcement is the first step in a long journey to the White House," said US Senator Dick Durbin, the Senate's number two Democrat and one of the most ardent and vocal supporters of an Obama presidential run.

"Barack Obama brings to this race a promise of reconciliation and a feeling of hope that America desperately needs," said Durbin.

How this man plans on getting through Hillary is beyond me, she has yet to formally commit herself into the foray, but the word is that she is only days away from announcing her intentions to run for her party’s nomination.

We cannot entrust the country with people who openly advocate for surrender of our forces in Iraq, they have repeatedly refused to tell the American people what the consequences of leaving Iraq would really be.

They know that it would create chaos in the Middle East and only create more and deadlier attacks in this country, and why? So they can advance their agenda and regain the power that they feel they have been cheated out of.

It’s a very sad state of affairs and I fear one that will only get worse.

Wed Hero

This Weeks Heroes Were Suggested By CavMom

This week I have three people to talk about. Roy Velez and his two
sons, Jose and Andrew. One who was lost in Iraq and another who lost his
life in Afghanistan.

It happens almost daily. A stranger reaches out to comfort Roy
Velez, unintended symbol of unspeakable loss and grief.

Today it's a woman who approaches as he's halfway through breakfast at
Montelongo's Mexican restaurant.

"My brother told me about you and your sons," she says, extending her
hand.

He takes her small hand between his - this sturdy man who has buried
two boys who went off to war - and listens gently as her own story of
sorrow spills forth. Her 8-year-old daughter, a traffic accident, her son
at the wheel.

As waiters bustle about with trays of huevos rancheros and barbacoa
plates, Mr. Velez does what he does best: offers up a soft prayer to help
this mother endure her emptiness.

Strangers learn about Mr. Velez from newspapers and TV. They come to
him to share their gratitude or their grief. They come to thank him and
console him, tearfully, for his family's sacrifice.

This is how Mr. Velez chooses to live after losing two sons in two
years, not riven with anger or paralyzed with sadness. But as someone ready
for those who might slip into the darkness of despair.

For his strength for others, compassion and grace - and for serving as
inspiration for anyone who knows his story - Mr. Velez is the 2006
Dallas Morning News Texan of the Year.

These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives so that
others may enjoy the freedoms we get to enjoy everyday. For that, I am
proud to call them Hero.

Cut and Run Democrats? You Better Believe It!

Why would any sane and supposedly intelligent person openly advocate in defense of their own enemies? Would this type of extreme dysfunctional behavior be characterized as insane?

If that is the case, than I believe that the majority of Democratic leadership is certifiably insane because they are doing just that.

The Islamic and militant and terrorist leadership we are fighting all over the world has been advocating for the United States to leave and retreat from Iraq at the soonest possible time.

Where else have we heard this kind of talk recently? Oh I remember where we have heard it from the supposedly bi-partisan newly elected Democratic leadership that has shown once again its underlying aggression that they have for this President and this war.

They want us to leave Iraq and are opposed to a measure that might actually bring about change for the positive, which should show every American where the Democrats stand in the Iraq War and the greater war on terror.

They say that they support our troops, but actions speak much louder than words and their actions have been of a negative and malicious manner and the brave men and women in uniform do no deserve it.

They lay their lives on the line every single day for each and every one of us and how do the Democrats repay them? By insulting them just about every chance they get, questioning their intelligence and their competence.

The Army was the institution that allowed for this country to be formed in the first place, and it was the Army that freed the slaves in the Civil War, they are the ones who have laid down their lives for the cause of freedom and the protection of this country.

Any retreat from Iraq would only jeopardize the troops and their morale, it is not their fault that we are in the position that we now face, it’s the politicians who will not untie their hands and let them make war on our enemies.

It was also the politicians that caused our retreat from Vietnam and therefore they are responsible for the thousands of death that was caused by our retreat from an enemy that’s only hope was for us to lose the war in the political battlefield because they were soundly defeated in the field.

It is the same now, our troops are fighting people who can’t even hold their jock and cowards who hide behind women and children and can’t even show their own face and actually fight our troops.

If we leave, than the Islamic savages would only be emboldened and with the vast riches they would control they would be able to fund and provide assistance and sanctuary for all who wish to see the utter destruction of our great country.

I will not let these politicians once again to be able to insult these troops and allow for our vastly weaker enemies to walk all over us as most Democrats and even a few Republicans would wish.

It is a cold hard truth that the percentage of high school graduates in the military is a vastly higher percentage than the country as a whole, I would like to see any of the Democrats be able to accomplish a 1/4th of the things our troopers are asked to do on a regular basis.

There is a better way and that way involves more work and more sacrifice for everyone, but it is something that is definitely worth it and this conflict is just one of the battles that we are now facing in the war on terror, one we cannot walk away from.

Democrats Revealed

Me and every other rightwing bloggers out here told you it would happen, but yet that wasn’t a good enough warning I suppose as the Democrats are doing everything that we all feared they would.

They have already stated that they believe that they have a mandate to exit Iraq without victory and disgrace this country and its armed military forces, not just in this country but to our enemies as well.

Bin Laden himself has said that we do not have the resolve and fortitude to take casualties and still fight it out, any retreat without victory is a victory to Al-Qaida and to the savage terrorists.

We are the most powerful country in the world, but we continue to deny this fact and we certainly do not act in such a manner that would reflect this glaring truth about our country and now certainly its Democratic leadership.

Future Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said, “Well, the oversight will be very important because then the truth would be revealed. But, remember that "stay the course" has with it -- whether the president changed the slogan, he hasn't changed the strategy or the approach.

And "stay the course" also implies staying the course of having a one-party policy in Iraq. Even his own Republicans, in some cases, are deserting him on this.

So I think, in the interest of our national security and protecting the American people and bringing stability to the region and to honoring our commitment to our troops, we need a different approach.

And extending the hand of partnership to the president, not partisanship but partnership, to say, let's work together to come to some common ground where we can solve the problem in Iraq.”

This women considers Iraq only a problem to be solved, not the central part of the war on terror, which it most obviously is, even our enemies state this, but yet it is not enough for our ultra-liberal new Democratic leadership.

There is no place where we are fighting them more and killing more of the enemy than in Iraq, but people such as John Murtha suggests that the problem is that our soldiers are the ones creating the violence by there very presence.

Are soldiers are not responsible for savages blowing up markets, abducting innocent people and the bombing of police recruits. You do not see our troops acting as death squads going around killing any person who does not think as they do.

Carl Levin, a Michigan ultra-liberal Democrat who is the new chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said Democrats would seek a bipartisan agreement to persuade Bush to start pulling troops out of Iraq in four to six months.

"We've got to put greater responsibility on the Iraqis and the way to do that -- probably the only way to do that -- is to let the Iraqis know that within four to six months of the president notifying them, that we're going to begin a phased redeployment of our troops out of Iraq," Levin said.

People wonder where I keep coming up with the idea of the Democrats cutting and running, you only have to look as far as the new Democratic leadership to see where I am getting my information.

They have made it abundantly clear that they are willing to leave Iraq without victory and that my friends cannot be disputed by anyone, their actions are the basis of my opinion, if they refrained from acting like cowards I wouldn’t call them cowards.

We must win this conflict, that’s something the Democrats sadly haven’t accepted yet and probably never will which is sad.

Michael Collins, My Irish Hero

We all have those who inspire us and motivate us to do more, work harder, and achieve more, for me one of my greatest heroes is Irish General and revolutionary leader Michael Collins, who was also affectionately known as "The Big Fellow".

There might be those among you who actually know who this man is and know the impact he had on the country of Ireland, its fight against the iron rule of Great Britain, and the subsequent creation of the new Irish Republic.

Born in October 16th 1890 to a relatively well to do family of farmers in the area of Cork County, which just happens to be where my family hails from, which might be part of the reason I so admire him.

At the tender age of 19 he was introduced to the dissent and revolutionary nature of the Irish Republican Brotherhood, which is a secret oath based society dedicated to the liberation of Ireland from the oppressive rule of Great Britain.

Michael Collins first gained notoriety during the failed 1916 Easter uprising of which he took part of mainly because of he was a highly skilled organizer and collector of information due to his personal intelligence network and also because he was so highly respected throughout the Irish Republican Brotherhood.

On Easter Monday 1916 Michael fought alongside the leaders of the rebellion and took over the General Post Office, he was later captured when the rebellion failed after a 6 day siege and was saved the fate of those leaders and did not go to the gallows and ultimately landed himself at Frongoch Internment Camp and was later released.

In the summer of 1919 Michael was elected President of the Irish Republican Brotherhood and shortly after in September was made the Director of Intelligence of the Irish Republican Army.

Using his previous intelligence network he created a special assassination squad called the Twelve Apostles, this unit was specifically created to kill British agents who had been causing trouble for Michael, his followers and of course the cause of Irish independence.

By 1920 The British government offered a bounty of £10,000 for information leading to the death or capture of the 30yr old revolutionary leader Michael Collins.

His popularity was so broad and massive that he transcended the Irish Republican Movement and was given the nickname "The Big Fellow".

In 1921 "The Big Fellow" was sent by President of The Irish Republic, Eamon De Valera, to London to hammer out the details of a treaty that would dictate all that they wished and had been fighting for, the resulting conference led to the Anglo-Irish Treaty which provided for a brand new Irish State.

Michael was under the belief that a full concession by Great Britain was all but unattainable and that De Valera had sent him there for that very reason so he would not be tainted by such a perceived failure.

The resulting tensions from this treaty led directly to the splitting of the Irish Republican Army with some supporting De Valera and set up the Anti-Treaty IRA and the rest of the men following General Michael Collins as Free State troops.

Than in April of 1922 a group of roughly 200 Anti-Treaty IRA soldiers took over and occupied the Four Courts located in Dublin, in direct defiance of the Provisional government.

Michael, who wanted to avoid a full blown civil war at all costs, did not attack the garrison of Anti-Treaty IRA men until June 22nd, when the British forced his hand over the abduction of Free State Irish General J.J. O'Connell.

He made one final attempt to persuade the men to leave peacefully, which was unsuccessful, than Collins borrowed two 18pounder artillery pieces from the British government and than proceeded to bombard the Four Courts until its garrison of Anti-Treaty IRA soldiers surrendered en mass.

These actions led directly to the outbreak of the Irish Civil War , as intense fighting broke out in the capitol of Dublin between the Anti-Treaty Irish Republican Army and the Free State troops and under the Irish Generals leadership the Free State troops quickly took control of the capitol.

It was not long after while supervising an offensive campaign that Collins visited his native Cork, against the orders and wishes of his companions, to meet with several Anti-Treaty leaders in the hopes of ending the bloodshed as quickly as possible, Collins however told his comrades that ," They wouldn't shoot me in my own county".

On August 22nd 1922 Michael Collins luck ran out as he was ambushed in the town of Béal Na mBláth, which in Irish means The Mouth of Flowers, by Anti-Treaty member of the IRA.

This assault lasted roughly 45 minutes with the only fatality being Collins himself.

There have been a few books who stated that the bullet that killed "The Big Fellow" was actually fired by a man named Denis "Sonny" O'Neill, who was a former British Army marksmen, Michael was 31 when he died.

He did not have a long life, but yet he did more and accomplished more in his short time than most who live to be a 100 will ever dream of, but his death was a huge and crippling blow to the fighting men on both sides, for he was still highly respected by his enemeis, and for the country of Ireland as a whole.

One can only wonder at what a brave and couragous man would have been able to do if he had only lived for a few more years, surely he would have been able to keep the country from continuing its violent struggle against one another.

The reason he is one of my heroes is that he fought with honor and for the freedom of the country I hold dear in my heart, while I'm an American and not from Ireland I want everyone to know that I'm not Caucasian person or a white person, I'm an Irish-American who is proud of his heritige.

People always talk about slavery and opression as if they are the only ones who have felt it, The Irish people were always the whipping boy of Great Britian and didn't fare much better when they came to this country, but the Irish people worked hard and made a life for themselves.

Michael Collins should be an inspiration to us all not just Irish people.

Iran Be Patient, Your Turn Is Next

They have talked about it in that past as a possible way to end their nuclear weapons program, but now the need is to cut off the money and personnel that continues to flow from Iran and be used in the slaughter of innocent civilians and our troops.

Iran has thumbed their nose at the international community and its calls for them to end their nuclear weapon program and to stop supporting terrorist organizations such Hezbollah, which does Iran’s dirty work by proxy.

We have warned Iran in the past that if they do not give up their programs that we may be forced to take military action against this radical regime and bomb suspected nuclear sites and any and all terrorist training camps that we are able to find, because make no mistake, they do operate them.

Iran also by using its proxy Hezbollah has trained upwards of 2,000 militia fighters of the radical Iraqi cleric al-Sadr and even has military advisors on the ground training the very people we are fighting and this is completely unacceptable to me and it should be to this country as a whole.

Iran is directly and indirectly responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans soldiers in Iraq and something must be done to prevent the flow of explosives to Iraq to be used in roadside bombs against our troops.

President Bush has shown that he actually has the balls and fortitude to take on our enemies, no matter how much the “defeatacrats” want him to run away and not engage our enemies, but rather sit down and talk to them.

Iran says that they are ready to repulse any attack from the United States and they constantly are testing new weapons in the hopes of somehow intimidating us not to attack, which we all know will not work.

I’ve posted about this before, but there is no way that Iran would be able to slow the machine of war that we control, our bombers and strategic missiles would rain down on the Iranian country destroying all radar stations and opening up the country to attack by all other fighters and bombers not equipped with stealth.

Iran is killing our troops in Iraq and it must be stopped, I don’t care what it done, but it needs to happen soon and I believe our President believes this as well, which is why he has sent another carrier task force to the Persian Gulf, just in case Iran gets any ideas.

Even Condi Rice has stated, "I don't think there is a government in the world that would sit by and let the Iranians in particular run networks inside Iraq that are building explosive devices of a very high quality that are being used to kill their soldiers."

Iran has openly and freely advocated its hate and its wish for us to be destroyed, we must take them at their word and trust in the fact that it’s leaders have a death wish, one in which we must make a reality.

We have enemies and we must not let the Democrats and insane libs to be able to shift our focus from our enemies and divide us as they are surely trying to do, we must be strong and stand up, even in the face of overwhelming and blinding stupidity.

Letter To Islam

I received a letter through a chain mail and I thought it worthy enough to share with you. I do not know the person or even the name of the person who wrote it, but it’s someone writing to a family member in Iraq.

“Are we fighting a war on terror or aren’t we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11. 2001?

Were people from all over the world, mostly Americans, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan, across the Potomac from our nation’s capitol and in a field in Pennsylvania?

Did nearly three thousand men, woman and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn’t they?

All that and I’m suppose to care that a copy of the Koran was “desecrated” when an overworked American kicked it or it got wet?

Well, I don’t. I don’t care at all.

I’ll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I’ll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a crime in Saudi Arabia.

I’ll care when Abu Musab al-Zarqawi tells the world he is sorry for hacking off Nick Berg’s head while Berg screamed thought his gurgling slashed throat.

I’ll care when the so-called “insurgents” in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I’ll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within the range of their suicide bombs.

I’ll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don’t care.

When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, be rest assured that I don’t care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the when he is told no to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank that I don’t care.

When I hear that prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed “special” food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being “mishandled”, you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts that I don’t care.

“If we ever forget that we’re One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.” – Ronald Reagan.

Mr. President Unleash Our Troops

I firmly believe that victory in Iraq is obtainable and something that we must have, I also believe that this President is just about doing all he can to fight this war and at the same time have to fight one against the Democrats.

The speech that President Bush gave last night was one the American people needed to hear and one I believe that will be understood by all people and therefore I have decided to highlight some excerpts from his speech.

“When I addressed you just over a year ago, nearly 12 million Iraqis had cast their ballots for a unified and democratic nation. The elections of 2005 were a stunning achievement. We thought that these elections would bring the Iraqis together — and that as we trained Iraqi security forces, we could accomplish our mission with fewer American troops.

But in 2006, the opposite happened. The violence in Iraq — particularly in Baghdad — overwhelmed the political gains the Iraqis had made. Al Qaeda terrorists and Sunni insurgents recognized the mortal danger that Iraq's elections posed for their cause, and they responded with outrageous acts of murder aimed at innocent Iraqis. They blew up one of the holiest shrines in Shia Islam — the Golden Mosque of Samarra — in a calculated effort to provoke Iraq's Shia population to retaliate. Their strategy worked. Radical Shia elements some supported by Iran, formed death squads. And the result was a vicious cycle of sectarian violence that continues today.

The situation in Iraq is unacceptable to the American people — and it is unacceptable to me. Our troops in Iraq have fought bravely. They have done everything we have asked them to do. Where mistakes have been made, the responsibility rests with me.”

“Our past efforts to secure Baghdad failed for two principal reasons: There were not enough Iraqi and American troops to secure neighborhoods that had been cleared of terrorists and insurgents, and there were too many restrictions on the troops we did have. Our military commanders reviewed the new Iraqi plan to ensure that it addressed these mistakes. They report that it does. They also report that this plan can work.

Let me explain the main elements of this effort.

The Iraqi government will appoint a military commander and two deputy commanders for their capital. The Iraqi government will deploy Iraqi Army and National Police brigades across Baghdad’s nine districts. When these forces are fully deployed, there will be 18 Iraqi Army and National Police brigades committed to this effort — along with local police. These Iraqi forces will operate from local police stations — conducting patrols, setting up checkpoints, and going door-to-door to gain the trust of Baghdad residents.

This is a strong commitment. But for it to succeed, our commanders say the Iraqis will need our help. So America will change our strategy to help the Iraqis carry out their campaign to put down sectarian violence and bring security to the people of Baghdad. This will require increasing American force levels. So I have committed more than 20,000 additional American troops to Iraq. The vast majority of them — five brigades — will be deployed to Baghdad. These troops will work alongside Iraqi units and be embedded in their formations. Our troops will have a well-defined mission: To help Iraqis clear and secure neighborhoods, to help them protect the local population, and to help ensure that the Iraqi forces left behind are capable of providing the security that Baghdad needs.

Many listening tonight will ask why this effort will succeed when previous operations to secure Baghdad did not. Here are the differences: In earlier operations, Iraqi and American forces cleared many neighborhoods of terrorists and insurgents — but when our forces moved on to other targets, the killers returned. This time, we will have the force levels we need to hold the areas that have been cleared. In earlier operations, political and sectarian interference prevented Iraqi and American forces from going into neighborhoods that are home to those fueling the sectarian violence. This time, Iraqi and American forces will have a green light to enter these neighborhoods — and Prime Minister Maliki has pledged that political or sectarian interference will not be tolerated.”

“The challenge playing out across the broader Middle East is more than a military conflict. It is the decisive ideological struggle of our time. On one side are those who believe in freedom and moderation. On the other side are extremists who kill the innocent and have declared their intention to destroy our way of life. In the long run, the most realistic way to protect the American people is to provide a hopeful alternative to the hateful ideology of the enemy — by advancing liberty across a troubled region. It is in the interests of the United States to stand with the brave men and women who are risking their lives to claim their freedom and help them as they work to raise up just and hopeful societies across the Middle East.

From Afghanistan to Lebanon to the Palestinian Territories, millions of ordinary people are sick of the violence and want a future of peace and opportunity for their children. And they are looking at Iraq. They want to know: Will America withdraw and yield the future of that country to the extremists — or will we stand with the Iraqis who have made the choice for freedom?

The changes I have outlined tonight are aimed at ensuring the survival of a young democracy that is fighting for its life in a part of the world of enormous importance to American security. Let me be clear: The terrorists and insurgents in Iraq are without conscience, and they will make the year ahead bloody and violent. Even if our new strategy works exactly as planned, deadly acts of violence will continue — and we must expect more Iraqi and American casualties. The question is whether our new strategy will bring us closer to success. I believe that it will.

Victory will not look like the ones our fathers and grandfathers achieved. There will be no surrender ceremony on the deck of a battleship. But victory in Iraq will bring something new in the Arab world — a functioning democracy that polices its territory, upholds the rule of law, respects fundamental human liberties and answers to its people. A democratic Iraq will not be perfect. But it will be a country that fights terrorists instead of harboring them — and it will help bring a future of peace and security for our children and grandchildren.”

“In these dangerous times, the United States is blessed to have extraordinary and selfless men and women willing to step forward and defend us. These young Americans understand that our cause in Iraq is noble and necessary — and that the advance of freedom is the calling of our time. They serve far from their families, who make the quiet sacrifices of lonely holidays and empty chairs at the dinner table. They have watched their comrades give their lives to ensure our liberty. We mourn the loss of every fallen American, and we owe it to them to build a future worthy of their sacrifice. Fellow citizens: The year ahead will demand more patience, sacrifice, and resolve.

It can be tempting to think that America can put aside the burdens of freedom. Yet times of testing reveal the character of a nation. And throughout our history, Americans have always defied the pessimists and seen our faith in freedom redeemed. Now America is engaged in a new struggle that will set the course for a new century. We can and we will prevail.”

He has my support and soon I will be doing my part to help fight these savages, but we must unleash our armed forces and let them wage war on our enemies.

Some of the liberals are saying to me, “why are you being a pussy and doing military intelligence when you enter, why don’t you become infantry?” and my answer to that is, I am using the greatest weapon that I have to fight these barbaric monsters, my mind.

If I had my choice I would once again try to be a combat engineer, but I doubt I would make it to basic alive, as my fiancée would surely kill me before I even got there.

Now I’m sure the libs will say as they have before,” you’re going to let your women tell you what to do?” well its obvious that they are single and do not know anything about women or relationships.

I will fight for freedom, what will you fight for?

I’m quite sure that when the argument is made in the political talk shows and pundit articles, that the Democrats will once again be seen protesting our military and our fight against the savages of al-Qaida and the other scum of the earth.

We have struck in the country of Somalia and have laid our enemies in their graves, just in case you had not heard, we have openly attacked the al-Qaida link Islamic forces in the southern portion of this country, which is located in the Horn of Africa.

This was the first overt military action by the United States in Somalia since it led a U.N. force that intervened in the 1990s in an effort to fight famine and the genocide that was taking place under the warlords.

The mission led to clashes between U.N. forces and Somali warlords, including the battle which was extensively chronicled in the book and movie "Black Hawk Down," that killed 18 U.S. soldiers in 1993.

A United Nations spokeswoman stated, "Notwithstanding the motives for this reported military action, the secretary-general is concerned about the new dimension this kind of action could introduce to the conflict and the possible escalation of hostilities that may result," spokeswoman Michele Montas said.

"He is also concerned about the impact this would have on the civilian population in southern Somalia and regrets the reported loss of civilian lives," she said.

"Nobody can exactly explain what is going on inside these forested areas," the Somali commander said. "However, we are receiving reports that most of the Islamist fighters have died and the rest would be captured soon."

In Washington on Tuesday, Defense Department spokesman Bryan Whitman spoke of an attack in southern Somalia, but would not confirm any of the details or say whether any al-Qaida militants were killed, but I’m optimistic that we have killed many.

The assault was based on intelligence "that led us to believe we had principal al-Qaida leaders in an area where we could identify them and take action against them," Whitman said.

In addition to the AC-130 gunship, which is armed with a 105mm howitzer that fires out the side of the aircraft as well as other massive guns, the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower was deployed off the coast of Somalia.

The carrier could be called on to launch F/A-18 or other strike aircraft within range of Somalia if other targets present themselves or if intelligence is able to gather more information on the location of Islamic leaders.

"There's a lot of water to cover and with four ships, that doesn't always do it," said U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Charlie Brown of the Bahrain-based Fifth Fleet. "But the air assets on the Eisenhower can extend the capabilities of those ships."

"The Americans had a right to carry out the air strikes on some Al-Qaeda members," Somalia's interim President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed told reporters at a news conference Tuesday after a US military gunship attacked several positions in southern Somalia on Monday.

"Those who carried out attacks on the US embassy in Kenya and Tanzania were there, so it was the right thing and the right time to carry out such strikes," he said.

"The Americans are cracking down Al-Qaeda terrorists all over the world and this was part of it," Yusuf said.

We have these savages on the run and we should not fail to take advantage of the initiative gained by these attacks and sit back waiting and letting them regroup, we must destroy them now.

This is a problem that has been festering for quite some and the worthless United Nations has refused to do anything while the Islamic Courts were allowed to spread all over the country, than they decried the action taken by the internationally recognized Somali government to regain lost territory.

This is just one aspect of the war on terror, one that the Democrats and liberals have been attacking from the outset, they also believe that Bush and our troops are trying to disrupt the “diplomatic process” that has worked so great in the past, talk about a joke.

William Hess
27 years old from Marysville, Washington
Company C, 1st Battalion, 77th Armor Regiment
December 5, 2006

"Specialist Hess died of wounds received on a battlefield upon which no
markers or memorials exist, yet his name will be etched upon the small
part of each of our hearts that has hardened to stone by the
realization of his passing. I will take Specialist Jordan Hess’ name to my own
grave, in the hope that I can somehow preserve the honorable life that he
led,” said Capt. Ian Lauer, commander of Company C.

Spc. Hess was a study in contrasts who loved a challenge. He had a
warrior's spirit and was thrilled at the chance to serve his county, his
parents said from their home in Marysville. He also was content to look
for his muse in various forms of art, including glass-blowing,
photography and poetry. It was this balance that people will remember most about
the 26-year-old who was critically injured Nov. 11 in Ta'Meem, Iraq,
when an IED detonated near his combat patrol.

A three-year veteran in the U.S. Army, Hess spent more than a year in
Korea as well as time in Germany, always looking for an overseas
assignment, Bill and Tammy Hess said. They knew their son was on his way to
Kuwait the last time they spoke with him in October, and they suspected
he had been deployed to Iraq as part of a tank unit when they didn’t
hear from him for several weeks. After his injury, Hess was flown back to
the United States and treated for several weeks at the Brooke Army
Medical Center in San Antonio. His parents, as well as his six brothers and
one sister, were flown there to be with him.

"None of us wanted to see him hurt like that," Bill Hess said. "But one
of the greatest blessings in my life was that we were able to say
goodbye."

Hess was an avid wrestler from the time he was young, and news of his
death circulated at Lake Stevens High School, where he attended until
1999. "He was a strong-willed, independent young man with a unique sense
of humor," the Lake Stevens wrestling coaches said in a statement. "The
Lake Stevens wrestling community today feels a strong sense of
loss."

These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives so that
others may enjoy the freedoms we get to enjoy everyday. For that, I am
proud to call them Hero.

Lessons From The Past

If you look back on our great and illustrious military history something extremely important jumps out at you from the pages of history and that is the fact that when we have “lost” wars, it was not because of the soldiers on the ground, but the politicians and the weak willed Americans who lost it.

Many people wrongly characterize the Vietnam War as a loss for American forces, but this couldn’t be further from the complicated truth that was obscured by the media.

Every military engagement of any reasonable size was handily won by the vastly superior American forces, due in large part to the overwhelming air superiority that we enjoyed over the skies of Vietnam.

We did not lose in Vietnam as the Democrats would have you believe, we left and that is exactly what we are trying to stop in Iraq today and we are ironically fighting the same political party as we did in Vietnam, the Democrats.

Leaving Iraq early would inevitably cause more unneeded death and destruction that the new Iraqi government would not be able to stop and than in turn would allow the growth of radicals in the country.

How many thousands of innocent people died after the Democrats forced our retreat and abandonment of the South Vietnamese people, something that certainly cannot be repeated now.

One simple fact the Democrats constantly seem to forget is what retreating from Iraq would do to the moral of our armed forces and our great country as a whole.

The Vietnam War was also a protracted guerilla war, on a scale far greater than what we currently now face in Iraq, but there are also many differences between the two wars.

For one, we didn’t have a media that so openly and gleefully supported and played enemy propaganda such as displayed by CNN playing the sniper video show by the terrorists.

The Vietnam War was also significantly longer with vastly higher amounts of casualties, with deaths in the range of 50, 00, which is a stark contrast to the 3, 000 loves lost in the Iraq War.

The media also glorifies and blows up each and every single American death trying to use those deaths to sway public opinion against the war and the greater fight on the war on terror.

The Democrats openly try and terrify the youths of this country by continuing to insist that President Bush has some secret plan to institute the military draft, something that is aggressively opposed by most top generals.

We should not fall into the same trap as in Vietnam where future Democrats such as John Kerry, called American soldiers baby killers and utterly disgraced himself.

No one ever told us that the Iraq War was going to be a walk in the park, far from it, everything I heard was that this was going to be a tough long process that would require great and unwavering resolve.

We have a chance to stop these Islamic savages right in their tracks and not let their sick and perverse world view be imposed on the masses by the sword alone.

This is the fight of our generation, one that was thrust upon us by these barbaric degenerates, we did not ask for this fight, but we must be the ones who end it on our terms.

Iranian Air Strike?

I have been paying attention to the growing tensions between Iran and Israel and after a flurry of reports coming out that Israel is preparing to attack Israel with the help of the United States and Saudi Arabia, something I would fully support.

I have some serious doubts about the feasibility of the plan considering that any air attack made by Israel would have to travel through extremely hostile airspace even before they make it to Iran.

I would be all for an attack on all Iranian suspected nuclear facilities, but if someone is going to do it, it needs to be us; we are the only ones capable of entering Iranian airspace undetected.

Although it might be possible to disassemble the Israeli jets and ship them to Iraq and the reassemble them and therefore bypassing the need to fly over hostile territory and if need be maybe land on American aircraft carriers, hell why not even launch them from our decks?

Our Air Force is second to none and we have the weapons and the planes to get the job done without much loss of life on our part, but I’m sure the Democrats will bitch and complain about this one too.

Let me introduce you to the world’s ultimate jet fighter, the F-22 Raptor, the world’s best stealth air superiority fighter, designed by the ultra reliable Lockheed Martin and was commissioned into service December 15th 2005.

This fighter is more than capable of entering Iranian airspace from bases already established inside Iraq and take out any and all Iranian radar stations closely followed by additional fighters to take out any Iranian fighters that actually are dumb enough to get airborne.

Even without this new fighter we took out the vaunted air defenses of Baghdad in the first Gulf War, just think of how easy it would be now with the F-22 to take out any radar stations that are unlucky enough to be in their sites.

I firmly believe this is the best way to attack Iran and keep the losses of life to a bare minimum and without the need to send in ground troops it would ensure that the campaign would not drag out into an extremely protracted engagement such as in Iraq.

I’m sure there would be some sort of backlash from the Iranians by maybe sending troops into Iraq to fight us, but if we are increasing troops as is the word and considering the great amount of support that we receive from the Kurds we should have no problem shutting them down right in their tracks.

There are those who say that we cannot fight on more than one front and to those people I tell you this, If is was not possible to do so, why would we have our forces poised all over the world ready to fight whenever necessary.

True they are there to prevent violence and conflict in most cases, but if need be we are more than capable of taking offensive action all over the world on multiple fronts and because of overwhelming air superiority we can be victorious.

No air force in the world has ever been able to keep us from imposing our will from the air and it will not happen when we attack Iran, but it is something that must be done to stunt the growth of their nuclear program because we cannot count on anyone else to do it.

The World Is Always Watching

There has been much talk lately about the impending message that President Bush will give on Wednesday and the expected announcement of a surge in additional troops to flow into Iraq, mainly in Baghdad and the Anbar Province where the violence is the greatest.

It is completely unnecessary to continue to undermine and downplay the significance of what our soldiers are actually accomplishing, but despite what you hear on the TV our soldiers are actually making a difference every single day they are there.

The troops on the ground in Iraq and elsewhere hear everything that is be said here about them and their actions and we have seen their reaction in various forms, to making creative pictures displayed by the Guard troops from my great state of Minnesota in the picture above.

It can also be shown by the fact that when John Kerry last visited the troops in Iraq, he spent the majority of his time alone, and there have been plenty of pictures and stories about that one.

The majority of Democrats who actually venture over to Iraq don’t even bother to get outside of the green zone and take a gander at what our brave and well trained soldiers are accomplishing on a daily basis and it does them a great disservice.

To retreat now after all that has been sacrificed by so many would be the ultimate slap in the face to all those who have given their lives in service of this great country and its something that should not be allowed to take place.

The Democrats gleefully follow the American fatalities and can’t wait for the next milestone to be passed so they can use those American deaths to their own political means and further their own liberal agenda.

Victory in Iraq can be obtained and we can win in the face of adversity, as we have done time and time again in the past, but we must not lose the resolve and commitment to see this country fight to the end.

All over the world there is evil that festers hoping, waiting, itching to kill as many Americans as possible, no matter if they are innocent civilians or our combat forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.

One of the main reasons we have not been attacked since 9/11 is the simple fact that we have been capturing or killing terrorists worldwide and in my opinion taking the fight to the enemy has saved countless American lives, regardless if the Democrats want to admit it or not.

We have the capability to wage war on a level never before seen by mankind, but sadly the administration has been saddled with an overly biased liberal media and Democratic Party that wants him to fight this war in a PC fashion and it has caused unnecessary American deaths.

We should not be afraid to unleash our military might and let our troops do what they do best and that is kill people and blow shit up and if we truly want to end this conflict the only way is to let the lion out of his cage.

Victory must be our goal and we must fight the Democrats tooth and nail if we must, but we dare not fail, don’t forget the world is always watching the greatest country in the world, the United States of America.

Pelosi and Reid Want To Retreat, Surprise, Surprise

I have been telling you for months, but apparently not enough of you listen to the message I was trying to get across, I told you these Democrats wanted to retreat in the war on terror and Iraq specifically.

The Democrats and the media actually wonder why we call them “cut and run” Democrats, the named is well deserved and they give us ample opportunities to prove our point when they go on TV and embarrass themselves and their party.

Newly elected Congressional majority leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority leader Harry Reid have taken this a step further and sent the President a letter Friday.

“The start of the new Congress brings us opportunities to work together on the critical issues confronting our country. No issue is more important than finding an end to the war in Iraq. December was the deadliest month of the war in over two years, pushing U.S. fatality figures over the 3,000 mark.

The American people demonstrated in the November elections that they do not believe your current Iraq policy will lead to success and that we need a change in direction for the sake of our troops and the Iraqi people. We understand that you are completing your post-election consultations on Iraq and are preparing to make a major address on your Iraq strategy to the American people next week.

Clearly this address presents you with another opportunity to make a long overdue course correction. Despite the fact that our troops have been pushed to the breaking point and, in many cases, have already served multiple tours in Iraq, news reports suggest that you believe the solution to the civil war in Iraq is to require additional sacrifices from our troops and are therefore prepared to proceed with a substantial U.S. troop increase.

Surging forces is a strategy that you have already tried and that has already failed. Like many current and former military leaders, we believe that trying again would be a serious mistake. They, like us, believe there is no purely military solution in Iraq. There is only a political solution.

Adding more combat troops will only endanger more Americans and stretch our military to the breaking point for no strategic gain. And it would undermine our efforts to get the Iraqis to take responsibility for their own future. We are well past the point of more troops for Iraq.”

I suppose I could try and sit down with the terrorist and try to forge a working political solution to the current situation in Iraq, but I would have a hard time because I would be headless if they had the slightest chance.

I am utterly appalled at the overt display of overwhelming disrespect that many major Democrats level at those who proudly serve this country, the Democrats are constantly calling into question the intelligence our or troops and it needs to stop.

I would like to see one Democrat be able to do half of what your normal soldier is able to accomplish, it would be an embarrassment that would rival John Kerry’s latest visit to Iraq.

Retreat should never be an option when we have the military strength that we now are able to wield, we cannot let these Democrats drag us down with them, and we must stand and fight!

The Democratic Miscalculation

I am 100% confident that with the upcoming Congressional and Senatorial sessions and the fact that both houses now are in the hands of the Democrats that the American people will see why they voted the Republicans into office in the first place.

Nancy Pelosi ascended to the proverbial throne yesterday becoming the first ever elected woman as Speaker of the House of Representatives, but she has yet to claim the title of queen bee within the Democratic Party as she had hoped.

That distinct privilege and honor would fall to the less than worthy Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton and it’s a title she won’t easily give up.

Hillary Clinton, like Nancy Pelosi believe that the agenda that they have put forth is the correct and responsible one, but what they never talk about is how anything they put forward will ever make it through the narrow advantage that they now posses in the Senate over the Republicans.

What is never mentioned by the Democrats and the mainstream media is the fact that there is a great deal of infighting going on within the upper hierarchy of the Democratic leadership.

In fact the Democratic Party has absolutely no concrete or consensus opinion regarding the Iraq War, they complain constantly about it and obviously have no desire to achieve victory, but they wouldn’t dare to not fund the military operations that are now taking place.

They also bitch and moan obsessively about how President Bush tortures innocent people on a daily basis, he wiretaps our phone calls whenever he pleases and that somehow with all the free time he has left over he controls the vast oil market and controls the prices.

First of all, if you consider blasting loud music to be torture like many of the Democrats today, you would have to arrest me and every single one of my friends because we have certainly done that.

Secondly, Bush is not wiretapping the phones of ordinary Americans, this is another lie that is pushed by the left, but what he is doing is listening into calls that originate overseas and that are known to be terrorists or terrorist supporters who are trying to call and contact their allies in the United States.

Lastly, how could one man, who is constantly called a moron and stupid by the lefty masses, suppose to be competent enough to control a market such as oil, George Bush is many things, but he is not that powerful.

The Democrats now have two years in which to try and force their agenda down the throats of every American, but I firmly believe that they will fail and the liberal side of many of these Democrats will come back to haunt them in the 08 election.

We must fight them every bit of the way and most never back down from this challenge because it is one that is far too important for us to fail on any level.

They hailed it as a great day that would inevitably move this country forward to what they hope is a hard left turn, I am speaking about the Democrats taking power in the House and the Senate.

While they are already what many moderate and conservatives believe is hard left, there is a growing movement within the Democratic base that is growing very upset with the new and improved Democratic leadership.

They believe that the current leadership of the Democratic Party has not done enough to pursue and implement the impeachment process of one George W Bush.

They are under the opinion that we are constantly committing war crimes and heinous acts against the absolutely innocent people of Iraq and Afghanistan and believe that we must retreat immediately.

Remember my friends that these are the people who believe that Iraq and Afghanistan where better off under the oppressive rule of Saddam Hussein and the Taliban, no matter their stance on women rights.

They also believe that we are not even fighting in a real war, something I find completely astonishing and a fact that I am sure would be disputed by every soldier on the ground fighting in Iraq at this very moment.

These are the types of people who descended upon our great capitol of Washington D.C. with anger as their motivation and they have shown the country what exactly it means to be an “insane liberal”.

This newly elected Democratic leadership is beholden to these lunatics and is on a path that could have catastrophic ramifications in the upcoming years and on our children.

I have listened to these people, I really have, they have present their case with what they think is honorable intentions and there in lies the problem, these people are just inherently stupid.

In my life I have never seen a group of Americans so determined to see this country lose a war just to attack a sitting President, the ethics of every single one of them clearly needs to be called into question.

This is not to say that they are “unpatriotic” because I’m sure that in their warped world view they are being every bit the patriot that the founders our great country embody.

However I seriously doubt that the founders sabotaged the war efforts of George Washington because in those day people had moral and ethical standards, something that is seriously lacking, both sides of the isle.

We cannot allow the base of the Democratic party to control this country and the direction of the war on terror, it is to dangerous to be left in the hands of people who would rather run away than stand and fight like true Americans.

Remember that each and every one of us has the power to do something and affect the political discourse that has alienated this country and fractured us between red and blue, but irregardless we cannot be overrun by the rampant and insanity of the blue.

The Clinton Mistake

There is one person who personifies everything the most sane and intelligent conservatives oppose and this person is a lighting rod for criticism from both the left and right and of course I’m talking about the junior Senator from New York, Hillary Clinton.

First and foremost I must call in to question her ethics, I am under the opinion that she knew about Monica Lewinsky and all of Bill’s little indiscretions and has only stayed married to the man to advance her own political career.

She has in the past few months made a mad dash towards what’s left of the American “middle” in the hopes of being able to sway some independents and Republicans who are on the border.

I am not opposed to a women President, but it must be the right one, a female who stare down our enemies and be forceful when need be and Hillary Clinton is not that women and I don’t know that Condi is either.

If I never trusted bill Clinton what makes this woman think I’m going to trust her, not even the military trusts or respects her and that is something that is needed as a President and that is something that Bill lacked as well.

Do not forget that this is a woman who up and moved to New York in a giant power grab and base to test her insane liberal policies on and brainwash to do her bidding.

With all due respect to women and any possible woman President, the enemies we now face on a daily basis, Muslims, do not hold women in very high regard if you hadn’t noticed and would most likely just laugh at us and take it as a signal that we are weak.

This Democrat personifies what this party believes in, retreat in the war on terror, legal status and voting rights for all illegals, a terrorist bill of rights and high taxes to pay for more liberal government handouts.

If you have any doubt about this woman’s ability to stir the masses to her cause just go and listen to her speak, it’s like listening to someone rake about 500 nails across a chalkboard, her distinct screech is amazingly unbearable and constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment”.

I am also open to suggestions as to why she is even in the running for the Democratic nomination, what has she really done to earn this other than be married to one of the only impeached Presidents in our history.

This inept and screeching politicians offers nothing to the sane individual and only those whose feel guilty for being white or anything other than poor will fall prey to this insane woman.

The greatest fear that many conservatives have is that this liberal will take power and force her agenda down our throats while hiking our taxes to pay for her policies and once again suffer a very significant military cut in the mold of Bill Clintons downsizing of the military in the 90’s.

This is something that this country cannot afford and something that would be inherently dangerous and extremely unneeded considering the times we are facing and the fact that we have enemies all over the globe.

This politician must be opposed with all haste and we must never relent, otherwise I fear it will only turn out bad for each any everyone of us, absolutely nothing good can come from Hillary winning the Presidency, nothing.

Brent Dunkleberger
29 years old from New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania
1st Calvary Division, 4th Brigade Combat Team
December 11, 2006

Sgt. Dunkleberger was on his second tour of duty in Iraq when he was
killed by an RPG when his convoy was attacked while on a security
mission.

"We can't put into words right now the grief we feel, but we can put
into words how proud we are of Brent. He chose to serve our country and
give his life for what he believed in," said William Dunkleberger,
Brent's father. "we thank the community for the outpouring of support and
ask everyone to continue to pray for us. We also ask the media to respect
our privacy during this very difficult time."

Sgt. Dunkleberger graduated high school in 1996 and enlisted in the
United States Army in 2003 and became a tank driver for the 1st Calvary
Division, 4th Brigade Combat Team.

He is survived by his wife and four children.

These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives so that
others may enjoy the freedoms we get to enjoy everyday. For that, I am
proud to call them Hero.

Clinton And Edwards Are Not The Answer

Apparently the insane and extremely demented liberal base did not get enough of the former Senator from North Carolina John Edwards and are for some reason content with the liberal queen Hillary Clinton being the frontrunner for the Democratic Party.

I firmly and emphatically believe that this country with either one of them at the helm would be more than just a little damaging to our countries security, integrity, troop moral and overall fighting of the war on terror.

These politicians believe that if we only talked to them like sane individuals that they will lay down their arms, but what they constantly forget is that we are not dealing with sane individuals, but blood thirsty savages who only believe in violence and the religion of peace, Islam.

Both of these inept liberal politicians have forcefully advocated a phased withdrawal or “retreat” from Iraq and have openly called for diplomatic talks with our enemies in Iran and Syria.

Of course this is the same Iran who is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American soldiers serving in Iraq.

They have secretly supplied guns, munitions money and explosives for IED’s that are more powerful to the terrorists we are fighting and even their proxy terrorist group, Hezbollah is getting in the action.

They have hosted at least 2,000 militia fighters from Iraq to be trained at Hezbollah facilities and there have even been reports that they are sending members of Hezbollah and the Special Iranian Guard into Iraq as advisors to the insurgency and the terrorist networks.

These are the people that the Democrats want to talk to, people killing our own troops, it’s a shame.

We should not be talking with these people, we should be sending them our best guided missiles and show them what happens when you kill American soldiers, but than again the liberals have beat the “cowboy” from President Bush some time ago.

Hillary Clinton is weakened in fighting terror thanks in part to her gutless and monogamously challenged husband Bill and her dependence on her insane base the keeps her in check and doesn’t let her stray to far from the extreme left.

John Edwards is a former trial lawyer and the last thing we need in the White House is some slimy lawyer who can’t even be consistent in his own opinion and what he truly believes in.

We must look to the future and who and what we will be dealing with, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. These are serious threats that we must face in our future and Hillary Clinton is not the person who is going to make the animals back down, hell most of the military doesn’t even respect her.

If the Democrats want to win back power they had better come up with some better candidates than these two worthless politicians, because the American people deserve better.

Your 08 Choice

Over the past few weeks the Presidential field for 2008 has grown exponentially with many Democrats and Republicans throwing their hands into the race, despite the fact that most of them will never make it past the primary.

Those of you who pay attention already know who the front-runners are, but not everyone is attentive as we are and it never hurts to begin talking about this race now.

So for those of you who don’t know, the Democrats are putting their weight behind failed Vice Presidential candidate and former North Carolina Senator John Edwards, resident bitch and current Senator from New York Hillary Clinton and the big star of the Democrats, the junior Senator from Illinois, Barack Obama.

On the other side the Republicans are backing Arizona Senator John McCain, who has been cozy with left that past few years, Governor Mitt Romney who has had many inconsistencies which will threaten his run.

You also cannot forget former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani who was ceremonial dubbed “America's Mayor” and has consistently ranked first in national surveys, usually leading McCain by a few percentage points with Romney and Condi Rice trailing.

The multimillionaire trial lawyer John Edwards, is something that this country does not need, Edwards you will remember voted to authorize the use of force in Iraq when we first invaded Iraq, but he like many Democrats has run away from that stance as far as possible and has called for a troop “withdrawal” which is their code for “retreat”.

"Actually, my own view is that putting American troops on the ground in Darfur would probably be a mistake. It would probably do more damage than good," Edwards said, but listed a no-fly zone and sanctions as possible US interventions.

"But the genocide, global poverty, the spread of HIV/AIDS, the atrocities that are occurring in northern Uganda, there are a whole range of places that America would have basically universal support if we showed some leadership," he said.

He of course believes that you can’t risk anything to create peace and stability in the world and help end the genocide that is ravaging the Darfur region.

I find problems with every single one of the candidates, including the one that I would put my support behind, Rudy Giuliani.

He is very liberal on some issues including abortion, gun control and supports same sex civil unions, but the overwhelming majority of good that he could accomplish for this country would overshadow those faults.

I cannot support John McCain or anyone for that matter who supports a bill of rights for terrorists fighting against this country, it is unthinkable to me to afford these savages the civil and basic rights that people from this country receive, I mean for god’s sake they are trying to kill us and anyone who supports their rights will lose my support and vote.

I cannot envision myself voting or supporting any leading Democratic candidate, not because I hate the Democrats so much, but more the fact that every leading candidate is advocating a phased timed withdrawal from Iraq, something I have adamantly opposed.

Of course we will have to wait and see if the field diminishes and if any other surprises take place, but we know the stakes, they could not be any higher and this is undisputable, so pick with caution my friends.

Since I have made my decision to enter the Army I have actually been met with very different responses than I had planed, but at the same time I knew I would garner the support of most, but what I did not expect is the level of hate directed towards me by the left.

I have been called a “war monger”, been told that all I want to do is murder innocent children, that I am a monster, an atrocity and that if I had any moral fiber I would not sell my soul to the devil.

I think it’s safe to say that this is an accurate portrayal of the mind set of your average lefty and to think I’ll be fighting for their right to insult me, most ironic.

Now, there’s a fundamental difference in the way we see things, we are not going to come eye to eye on this, just not going to happen, most Democrats and Republicans see military service in two distinct and opposite lights.

Republicans usually see military service as an honor and something to be very proud of, most Democrats feel that only the stupid and poor go into the military and that all soldiers in our army are murderers.

I will fight because I believe in the inherent greatness of this country and the power of this country to do great powerful things to help the world.

I will serve because I believe that those with the power and ability to do something to help others have the responsibility to do so.

I do not want another 9/11 to occur when I am in a position to help make sure it never happens again.

More than anything I feel that it is my duty and it is a supreme honor to fight and defend this country, no matter the cost and no matter the enemy.

Not everyone is able to serve in the military and I feel it is my privilege to enter the greatest fighting force the world has ever known.

This great nation of ours moves forward facing many enemies from all over the globe, from the midget in North Korea, to the insanity of Iran and its president Ahmadinejad and we can never forget the evil and contempt that festers in the Muslim community regarding our this country.

We must be ever vigilant and we must never surrender as the Democrats would want us to do, we must stand strong even in the face of utter stupidity.

We are the greatest and more powerful nation on the world and we should not hesitate a second to act in such a manner when our people and our way of life is threatened.

We should make everyone very aware that if you mess with this country that you will get a rain of ruin from the sky and that no matter where you are in the world that we can and will strike and smite our enemies.

The best words to describe this have already been said in my favorite movie, Boondock Saints,” Destroy all that which is evil, so that which is good may flourish”.

Also I think I have chosen the postion for me, a 96 bravo or Intelligence Analyst, it shouldn't be a problem considering my test scores.

Somali Capitol Of Mogadishu Falls

The crumbling of the Islamic militias across the swath of territory of Somalia is now almost complete with the attack and utter collapse of those forces in and around the main stronghold of Mogadishu, the capitol of Somalia.

To my knowledge, there have not been many bloggers talking about this issue before now, but I have been and I’ve been telling you all what could happen if the entire region went to war.

Government forces backed with Ethiopian allies took effective control of Mogadishu on Thursday after a 10-day offensive to reclaim much of the territory seized by the Somalia Islamic Courts Council (SICC) since June.

Ethiopia's Prime Minister Meles Zenawi vowed not to give up the fight until extremists and foreign fighters supporting the Islamic movement had been crushed, predicting it would take a few weeks longer.

Speaking in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, he added that between 2,000 and 3,000 Islamic militia had been killed and 4,000 to 5,000 wounded.

Ethiopia suffered a few hundred casualties, Meles told reporters.

Ethiopian troops and air strikes were very critical to the government's assault and there is some question what will happen when Addis Ababa finally withdraws its forces.

With neighboring country of Eritrea accused of backing the Islamists, many feared the conflict could engulf the Horn of Africa. Ethiopia, like the United States, says the Islamists are supported by al-Qaeda.

Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed, the executive leader of the Council of Islamic Courts, told The Associated Press Friday that his fighters would not be pushed out of Somalia, but it seems that they will be just that.

"We will not run away from our enemies. We will never depart from Somalia. We will stay in our homeland," he said from the southern coastal port of Kismayo, where his forces retreated from Mogadishu.

Until now, Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Ali Gedi has ruled from Baidoa, the single Somali town the government held before Ethiopian troops came to its aid, spearheading the complete rout of the Islamist militias that threatened to take control of the country less than two weeks ago.

This is a great victory against our enemies in Islam as they have tried and failed to make Somalia an Islamic State and we must continue to fight them and push them back, not just in Somalia, but all over the world.

This is just the first step in defeating these Islamic fighters and I continue to wish for good news and word on the next defeat of those savages.

A Decision Thats Right

There are those who state that you cannot talk about the military, the actions taken or about to be taken about the military unless you have served in said military in some fashion and of course we know which side of the line tends to use this argument.

I have never believed in that argument and believe that it is nothing but a scapegoat used by the left to keep down those who disagree with their feelings of overwhelming hate that they constantly direct towards the war effort.

Now, for those of you who don’t know I signed up to be a Combat Engineer for the Army when I was 18 and left for basic in Fort Leonard Wood Missouri, January 2nd of 2001.

After a little more than a month of training I came down with what I later found out was severe bronchitis, which the doctors mistakenly identified as “Exercise induce Asthma”, after which I was subsequently discharged from the Army.

When I returned I continued to work out and keep in shape and while playing basketball at the local YMCA I totally destroyed my ACL in my right knee, putting me out of action for some time.

Now after 5 long years I will once again be able to pursue my dream and serve as a soldier in the greatest fighting force in the world, the United States Military.

I had recently been able to talk my beautiful fiancée Tracey, to let me rejoin the military, but in doing so I was restricted to the Navy or Air Force and I’m sure there are those liberals who will ask why I didn’t join one of the other branches, but those questions would only show that they have never had a fiancée or a wife and don’t understand what that entails.

I have been blessed with a great and supportive fiancée who has backed me ever bit of the way and she has given her approval to join the Army with the utmost haste.

I spent the better part of 2 hours yesterday afternoon speaking with one of the local recruiters about my options for re-entry into the armed forces and what I would have to do to realize my dream.

I have but one obstacle, I need to lose a doable 5 inches from my waist and my fiancée has given me a membership at a local fitness center for just that purpose.

So god willing and with your support I will be leaving for basic within the next 3 months. I have targeted 2 months for entry, but my recruiter wanted to be on the cautious side he chose 3 months.

I still have not decided which MOS or job that I will be choosing, but I will be checking them out over the next few days and because of my previous test scores I pretty much have my choice of occupations and will let you all know as soon as I decide.

If you have any suggestions please feel free to drop me a line and I thank you all for the support I know you will show me in my decision.

I believe in this country and I have no problem putting my life on the line to defend our flag, our way of life and the future of my daughter Caitlyn and my soon to be born son Aidan and every other innocent person in this country.

If you liberals don’t like, you can kiss my white Irish ass!
