Palestinian PM won't recognize Israel

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip - Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas said Friday he will not head a government that recognizes Israel, striking a potential blow to President Mahmoud Abbas' attempts to create a national unity government.

Haniyeh spoke a day after Abbas indicated at the United Nations that a coalition government of Hamas and Abbas' Fatah movement would recognize the Jewish state.

"I personally will not head any government that recognizes Israel," Haniyeh said in a mosque sermon in Gaza City, laying out his group's position in coalition talks with Abbas.

However, Haniyeh said Hamas is ready to establish a Palestinian state in the West Bank, Gaza and east Jerusalem — areas Israel captured in the 1967 Mideast War — and to honor a long-term truce with Israel.

"We support establishing a Palestinian state in the land of 1967 at this stage, but in return for a cease-fire, not recognition," Haniyeh said.

Abbas was still in New York and couldn't be immediately reached for comment on Haniyeh's remarks. A close adviser, Nabil Amr, clarified that the Palestinian president would not ask Hamas to explicitly recognize Israel, but to abide by Palestine Liberation Organization agreements that recognize the Jewish state.

One would think that with the lack of money the government has in its coffers and its inability to pay government employees it would start to accept what the international has laid down before them.

The world has no problem helping the actual people of Palestine, but what they do have a problem doing is supporting a government that’s sole purpose is to destroy Israel.

The people of Palestine have elected Hamas; they did so with the knowledge that if Hamas won that they would be lead by radical Islamists who in it charter advocate the total and utter destruction of Israel.

Hamas was labeled a terrorist organization before they were elected and it shouldn’t have been a surprise when the International community minus the Arab countries stopped sending money to support these savage terrorists.

Israel has tried to meet the people of Palestine half way and even left the Gaza Strip to the people and what did those savages do? They decided to run rampant and lob hundreds of rockets into Israel.

They did this with no regard to schools, civilian lives and they did not try to specifically target military targets, which one would do if they were actually caring out a military attack, these attacks are just savage terrorists attacks perpetrated by mindless animals.

The left for some reasons believes that you can talk and negotiate with these thugs and killers, I ask them to go there and talk to these people and see what would happen to you, there is no way you would come home alive to tell us all about it.

There is no way in the world that you can negotiate with people whose whole existence is based on the idea that they must kill or convert as many people as possible and that if they die while fighting the infidels they will be allowed into paradise and get 72 virgins.

The savages we fight are mentally inferior and do not want peace, the Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh does not want to recognize Israel simply because he wants to destroy it, all of those savages really do.

Well put. It's important to understand that Islamofascism is a cancer to our civilization and only one side wins.
