5 Ways To Take Down North Korea

I feel that it is very unfortunate that with the situation deteriorating regarding North Korea, that the drive by media still continues to drone on about the stupid damn page scandal, it is yet another attempt by the liberal media to draw people’s focus off of way more serious issues such as North Korea and Iran, who respectively have vowed to stand up to us against all the howling winds of hell.

I do not see the Democrats even trying to deal with the problem in the least, all they are concerned with is how they can use this situation to their advantage to win both the House and the Senate.

This situation with North Korea can be solved and it can be done without the loss of American life which should always be our goal, although I understand that it is not always possible or practical.

Looking at the situation I can see many avenues for which we would be able to defuse this problem before it escalates into a full blown military engagement.

1.) We need to show North Korea that we are not all about words, and that there are and will be repercussions for the actions that they take, both positive and negative.

2.) With the awe inspiring capabilities of the combined United States military we should have no problem whatsoever in striking the launch sites of the past nuclear tests and also strike at any upcoming potential launch sites and therefore sending a very strong message saying that this will not be allowed.

3.) I believe one of the best ways to be able to get North Korea to comply would be to arm Japan with nuclear weapons. This would infuriate the Chinese and get them to act immediately, they would not allow Japan to rearm and threaten the power status they now enjoy. It would force China to rein North Korea who is very dependent upon supplies and power coming in from the Communist regime.

4.) If China still chooses not to wield the power they have over the midget and his reclusive state we can force their hand by applying 20% tariffs on all goods coming from China until the decide to act like a responsible world power and gov

5.) We use the power of our great Navy forces and impose a naval blockade the likes the world has never seen and seal that country up from the water tighter than a drum. We must also combine that with an air blockade to further shove the message down the throat of that sick demented midget.

I feel these actions will be effective in ending the ever growing tense situation, but there is still apart of me that believes that no matter what we do the midget will not be happy and he will remain unhappy till he has triggered a war that costs the lives of thousands of people.

People seem to forget that Iran is watching intently to what is going on and what our reaction is and will be in the future, we cannot forget that since we are the most powerful country in the world we are always under the microscope of the international community, this is even more amplified with how bias the media is and their outright hatred for president Bush and all things Republican.

We also cannot forget the North Korean government brainwashes its children from early grade school and teaches them that the United States started the bloody war between North Korea, China against a United Nations force led by the United States.

We can stop them and we can do it without loss of life on our part.

I hate to say this, but after Bush signed the Military Commissions Act yesterday, I'd have to say that he deserves that hatred from the MSM. In one fell swoop, he wrecked the entire Bill of Rights. That Act can (and will) be interpreted and used to attack anyone critical of the gov't.

Is gold your favorite color of spraypaint? I've always heard that it's the best r.j. If you run out of paper bags to huff with, most fast food joints will give you a few for free...

You are right for the most part, but North Korea won't start a war that will kill thousands . . . more like millions. And I wouldn't give Japan a nuke. They may be our allies, but it was only sixty/seventy/eighty years ago that they were Imperial Japan, and are only our ally now out of necessity.

r.j. - I don't think that's the case. And if it was so loosely written, I'd imagine the only party that would capitalize on that would undoubtedly be the democrats.

RWG, greeat points, I think diplomacy is our first choice and then hopefully have the side of some strong Asia allies if we had to attack.

:1.) We need to show North Korea that we are not all about words, and that there are and will be repercussions for the actions that they take, both positive and negative."

- I vote for the negative.

Very strong argument. I for one am not truly worried about NKorea. To begin, I feel that our number one priority is Islamofascism that is targeting western culture.

SKorea, Australia, and Red China all will act multi-laterally with us. No one in the Eastern Hemisphere wants to deal with Kimmy boy.

To pick one, I'd have to say:

"1.) We need to show North Korea that we are not all about words, and that there are and will be repercussions for the actions that they take, both positive and negative."

The negative half, of course.
